Ingredients:Â
400g smoked tofu
1 shallot
1 tbsp paprika
4 cloves garlic
Juice of one lemon
1 tsp white vinegar
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 tsp oregano/dried
1 tsp parsley/dried

Method:
Cut the block in half and then into chosen shapes. If you are doing this for a wrap, cubes are best. If this is for a burger, large rectangles work better. Put the remaining ingredients in a bullet or blender. Blend until combined.Â
Marinate the tofu a couple of hours, or overnight.
Heat an oven on the gril setting to 225C. line a baking sheet and place the tofu pieces evenly around. Bake until crispy and slightly blackene
