About the Recipe:
I like to sprinkle this simple condiment on my salads for an extra carbohydrate-protein boost. But its also a lovely texture and kind of like a moorish five minute savoury granola…

Ingredients:
120g buckwheat
200ml veg broth
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of one lemon
Method:
Heat the small pot with the broth and bring to boil. Add buckwheat and lower heat to medium and cover. Cook about five or so minutes until liquid is absorbed. Finish with olive oil and lemo
