Tytania Rose, Founder & Head Chef

Tytania is a private chef with 13+ years’ experience serving high‑profile clients, including a Premier League player (Tottenham) and royal families in Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi. She trained at Leith’s Culinary School (London) and the Natural Gourmet Institute (NYC). She holds an MSc in Food Politics (Birkbeck), an Advanced Nutritional Therapy diploma and is a registered nutritional therapist (FNTP/MFHT). She is also a doctoral candidate (N.D., School of Health, UK) and brings an art and design perspective from a BFA (Parsons) and MA (Chelsea).

During COVID‑19 she pivoted to delivery for medically vulnerable clients (fertility, cancer, hormonal issues), identifying gaps in standard health food delivery programs. She also began developing high‑protein, flavourful toppings and snacks tailored to these clients, particularly those with plant‑based, nut allergies, and highly restrictive diets to add flavour, crunch, and micro-nutrients. Those innovations led to the creation of VitalitySeed Crunchies and a proprietary germination process alongside Epicura.life meal programmes--combining culinary expertise, evidence‑based nutrition and sustainable food‑system thinking to deliver therapeutic food that actually tastes great.
